The Stripe Dashboard app needs nothing installed. The command line tool and the MCP server run on your own machine with your own restricted key, and the Business plan lets agents drive them.
Install Crowe Sweep from the Stripe App Marketplace. It adds a panel to your Balance and Home pages showing available and pending funds, the last sweep, and a one-click sweep. Settings live under Apps in your Dashboard: float to keep back, minimum sweep, a notification email, and the automatic switch (Pro and Business).
Every request the app makes is signed with your Stripe app signature and answered by the Crowe Sweep service at sweep.crowelogic.com. The service holds no key of yours; it acts through the permissions you granted at install, which you can revoke by uninstalling.
For merchants who prefer to run the sweep themselves, or who want the bank leg out of a Stripe financial account (which the Dashboard app cannot do, because Stripe Apps have no permission for it).

Every CROWE_SWEEP_* environment variable overrides the file, and CROWE_SWEEP_DRY_RUN=1 moves nothing and logs what would.
Every action is one JSON line in ~/.local/state/crowe-sweep/sweep.log; crowe-sweep history reads it back.

crowe-sweep-mcp is a stdio MCP server with seven tools: sweep_status, sweep_preview, sweep_now, instant_payout, sweep_run, sweep_history, sweep_policy. Reads are free. Anything that moves money takes confirm=true and otherwise returns a preview, so an agent cannot move funds by accident.

Business accounts receive a licence token for the CLI and MCP server from the Dashboard app's settings page; set it as CROWE_SWEEP_LICENSE. It lasts seven days and renews from the same page.

No per-transfer fee. Stripe's own payout fees are yours and are shown before money moves, never hidden. Crowe Logic Pro customers get Business included. Cancel by uninstalling the app or from your Crowe Logic account; sweeps stop at once and your history stays readable.
